ABOUT US
We started The Rooster Crows™ on-line greeting card business to help pay for the
staggering medical bills that we have had to pay to keep young daughter alive.
Our daughter, Anne, who is now 4 years old, is a modern day bubble child who is
allergic to every food except for a spice called Turmeric and has environmental
allergies to boot. Anne requires a medically sanctioned treatment (ACCME
credentialed) every day to be able to eat any food. She can not eat most
common foods like milk, eggs, gluten, dairy, canola, etc. Her foods must be organic,
and free of preservatives, additives, chemicals, dyes, etc. You can read more about

The name The Rooster Crows™ comes from a rhyme that Lisa’s great Aunt, Pauline
Holcombe, from Dushore, PA used to say when she took a picture:
One, Two, Three,
The Bumble Bee,
The Rooster Crows,
And away she goes! (Then take the picture)

Our logo has a little "r", a little "c" and a symbolic part of a sun, like the sun rising for
the rooster to crow about!
